食管贲门癌术后并发胸胃穿孔是少见的严重并发症。由于以前对该并发症认识不足，易将其与胸内吻合口瘘的诊断相混淆。１９８０年１月至１９９８年６月，我院共行食管贲门癌切除术１９３６例，经第２次手术证实胸胃穿孔１１例。现结合文献对其诊断和治疗加以讨论。１ 临床资料?
Complicated thoracic gastric perforation after esophageal and cardiac cancer surgery is a rare serious complication. Due to lack of previous understanding of this complication, it is easy to be confused with the diagnosis of anastomotic leakage in the chest. From January 1980 to June 1998, 1936 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancer resection were performed in our hospital. 11 cases of thoracic gastric perforation were confirmed by the second operation.
