《海洋开发与管理》杂志自创刊以来一直得到国家海洋局和沿海地方政府海洋管理部门各级领导的关怀与支持,也受到了海洋工作者及广大读者的厚爱。为了今后使我们的刊物能够更好地为我国蓬勃发展的海洋事业服务,本期特开辟了“海洋寄语”专栏,刊登各级领导对本刊的意见和建议。我们将认真领会这些宝贵的意见和建议,与时俱进,开拓创新,努力把刊物办得更好。 Since its inception, Ocean Development and Management has always been the care and support of leaders at all levels of the marine administrations of the State Oceanic Administration and the coastal local governments. It has also been greatly loved by the ocean workers and readers. In order to better enable our publications to serve the booming marine affairs of our country in the future, this issue has opened up a special column of “Marine Messages”, which publishes the opinions and suggestions of the leaders at all levels about the publication.
