“他的工作计划能力能达到岗位要求吗?”“他具备良好的创新意识吗?”在招聘和选拔时,面对候选者,HR工作者总希望能得到这些问题的真实可信的答案。的确,计划性和创新性是很多工作岗位的必备素质,因此成为了招聘和选拔人才的重要考察指标。但是要做到准确评估这两方面的素质却并非易事,在面试中,即使面试官精心准备了考察计划性和创新性的问题,有备而来的候选者也总能侃侃而谈,让面试官很难看清其真实的特点,也有些时候,由于候选者缺乏相应的面试或工作经验,而使用人单位与具有出色潜质的人才失之交臂。本测验的目的就是帮助HR工作者解决这个问题,测验能同时考察候选者计划性和创新性两个方面的特点。每道题目的两个选项之间并没有明显的好坏之别,这能够最大限度地保证受测者是按照自身具备的特点来答题,而不是按照社会公认的判断标准来选择答案。同时测验基于个人的性格特征,而不是经验,这样有助于鉴别出具有优秀潜质的人才,因此也适用于应届毕业生的选拔。

The purpose of this test is to help HR workers to solve this problem. The test can simultaneously examine the characteristics of both candidates’ planning and innovation. There is no obvious difference between the two options for each question, which ensures that the tested person can answer the question according to his own characteristics to the maximum, rather than choose the answer according to the socially accepted judgment standard. Testing at the same time is based on personal personality traits rather than experience, which helps to identify people with good potential and therefore also applies to the selection of fresh graduates.
