先行一步的广东省,在贯彻落实党的十四届三中全会《决定》中,有哪些新思考,新动作呢? 我们一行三人,在翠绿覆盖的南粤大地,重点走访了广州、深圳、南海、顺德、肇庆等地,接触到了省、市、县、镇、村各级的领导干部和群众,感受到党的这个《决定》得到了人们由衷的拥护,大家有类似当初读到十一届三中全会决定和前年听到邓小平同志南巡谈话时的感觉。
In the first step of Guangdong Province, what are some new ideas and new moves in implementing the “Decision” of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee? On the green-covered southern Guangdong land, we visited three major cities in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, In the South China Sea, Shunde and Zhaoqing, they came into contact with leading cadres and people at all levels of the provinces, municipalities, counties, towns and villages. They felt that this “decision” by the party was heartily endorsed by everyone. The Third Plenary Session decided the same feeling it heard about Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour in the previous year.
