国际金融危机自2008年爆发以来,对全球经济产生了重大影响,武汉市作为中国中部地区的特大型中心城市,经济发展也受到了一定的冲击,劳动关系领域出现了一些新的问题。武汉市总工会深入全市175家企业,对国际金融危机影响下的劳动关系状况进行了深入的调查分析,并结合武汉市的实际情况,提出了三个方面的对策:一是政府要提高宏观经济的调控能力,为企业和职工提供良好的制度保障;二是企业要提高抵御经济风险的能力,为企业和职工的发展创造条件;三是工会要提高双维护的能力,推动构建和谐稳定的劳动关系。
