本文报道了长江中下游地区1个沿江村血吸虫病再度流行的规律,自钉螺迁入至再度流行需6—8年,长江水位高,人群下水频繁,居民血防知识缺乏.防护行为差,耕牛感染率高,江滩牛粪污染严重是造成血吸虫病流行的主要原因。采用健康教育辅以易感地带灭螺对策后,居民血防知识和防护行为明显提高.人畜患病率明显下降,控制了血吸虫病的传播,为疫情处于回升的长江中下游江滩地区提供了一种有效的防治对策。
This paper reports the re-epidemic pattern of schistosomiasis in a village along the Yangtze River in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. It takes six to eight years to migrate from Oncomelania to another epidemic, the water level of the Yangtze River is high, and the population is launching frequently. Poor protective behavior, high rate of cattle infection, river bank dung pollution is serious cause schistosomiasis epidemic the main reason. With the introduction of health education supplemented by snail control measures for susceptible areas, residents’ knowledge of blood-borne diseases and prevention behaviors have been significantly improved. The prevalence of human and livestock decreased significantly, which controlled the spread of schistosomiasis and provided an effective control strategy for the epidemic situation in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
