目前,我校共有党员3312名,其中教职工党员2745人,占全校教职工总数的40%;学生党员567人,约占全校学生总数的4.3%。绝大多数党员在贯彻执行党的路线方针政策,完成学校各项任务中,都能较好地发挥先锋模范作用。1978年以来,我校获国家级和省、部级发明奖和科学技术进步奖共322项,其中在党员教授指导下完成的占43%。1989年我校获国家级和省级优秀教学成果奖25项,获奖人数70名,其中党员44人,占63%。1989年我校被评为全国和全省的优秀教师(教育工作者)19人,其中党员15名,占79%。在去年春夏之交发生的动乱中,我校校、系两级党组织和绝大多数党员经受住了这场政治斗争的严峻考验。我校一直保持着一种团结进取、朝气蓬勃的良好局面。所有这些,都是学校党委在上级的正确领导下,在平时的工作中注意加强思想政治工作,注意加强党员的教育管理,不断提高党员素质的结果。 At present, our school has a total of 3312 members, of whom 2745 are faculty and staff members, accounting for 40% of the total number of faculty members. There are 567 student party members, accounting for about 4.3% of the total number of students in the school. The vast majority of party members can play a vanguard and exemplary role in carrying out the party’s line, principles and policies and accomplishing all tasks in schools. Since 1978, our school has won 322 national, provincial and ministerial invention awards and scientific and technological progress awards, of which 43% have been completed under the guidance of Party members and professors. In 1989, our school won 25 national and provincial excellent teaching achievement awards, 70 winners, of whom 44 were party members, accounting for 63%. In 1989, our school was awarded 19 outstanding teachers (educators) nationwide and provincewide, including 15 Party members, accounting for 79%. During the unrest that took place at the turn of the spring and last year, our school and departmental party organizations and the vast majority of party members stood the severe test of this political struggle. My school has always maintained a united and enterprising, vibrant good situation. All these are the results of the Party committees in schools, who are under the correct leadership of their superiors, pay attention to strengthening their ideological and political work in their daily work, and pay attention to strengthening education and management of Party members and constantly improving their qualities.
