一、概述: 北京电报大楼工程,位于首都主要干道西长安街上,南邻北京市人民委员会,是拓宽后的西长安街自府右街起的第一幢高层建筑物。主楼建筑面积为20,000m~2,主体七层连中央鐘塔部份共十二层,至塔顶总高度为73.37公尺。56年5月开始施工;全部工程包括工艺按装,在58年9月完工,已于国庆节前夕开幕使用。施工期为二年四个月,土建总投资为243万元,每平米造价为141元。 北京电报大楼是我国国内与国际的通讯枢纽,内部装有世界上最先进的微波收发讯8
I. Overview: The Beijing Telegraph Building Project is located on the west main street of the capital, Chang’an Avenue, and is adjacent to the People’s Committee of Beijing City. It is the first high-rise building on the West Chang’an Avenue from the government’s right street. The main building has a building area of 20,000m2, and the main seven-storey tower with a central bell tower has a total of 12 floors, and the total height to the top of the tower is 73.37 meters. Construction started in May of the year 56; all projects, including technical installations, were completed in September of the year 58 and were opened on the eve of National Day. The construction period is two years and four months. The total civil construction investment is 2.43 million yuan and the cost per square meter is 141 yuan.
