以14只新泽西白兔作实验,10只在喉上神经以上切断右侧迷走神经,切除2cm,并将残端埋起,以预防再生;经口行喉镜证实右侧声带不能活动。4只兔行内窥镜、组织学及肌电图检查以作对照。在1~6月后再观察环杓后肌、环甲肌及声带情况。结果发现对照兔在迷走神经切除前,呼吸时双侧环甲肌有强的作用肌电图。喉上神经切除,环甲肌仍有弱的肌电反应,是由双侧神经的支配结果。在颅底切断迷走神经,同侧环甲肌肌电作用虽然明显减弱,但不消失。只有当双侧高位迷走神经切断,环甲肌作用电位消失。观察环杓后肌,将
Fourteen New Jersey white rabbits were used for the experiment.
