目前国外测定尿中丙酮主要用顶空气相色谱法,但国内未见有报道。我们参考国外有关文献建立了尿中丙酮的测定方法,该法简便、易行、经济,适用于接触丙酮作业工人尿样的监测。 At present, foreign urine acetone is mainly determined by headspace gas chromatography, but no reports have been reported in China. We refer to foreign literature established the determination of urine acetone, the method is simple, easy, economical, suitable for contact with acetone workers in the monitoring of urine samples.
