4月14日,国家邮政局发布了《村邮站服务规范》,明确了村邮站的服务功能、建设和设施配备标准、服务要求等内容,鼓励村邮站开展代收代投快件等民生服务。这对于完善发挥好村邮站的服务功能、提高农村地区邮政服务水平、促进城乡基本公共服务均等化,将产生积极的促进作用。目前,全国共有5.8万个农村邮政服务网点,有营业投递人员14万人,基本形成了包括总部、省、市、县、乡村在内的5级经营服务体系。但是,邮政服务“三农”的范围和深度还有待进一步拓展。邮政应发挥自身在服务“三农”中的主力军作用,利用企业的品牌和资源优势,着力打造好三含平台来推进这项工作。
