美联储维持联邦基金利率目标0~0.25%不变;缩减每月QE购买规模100亿美元,达到150亿美元。美联储预计10月结束资产购买,重申QE结束后相当长时间保持高度宽松。美联储对“相当长时间”的阐述,缓解了市场对美联储可能提早加息的担忧,目前市场预计美联储于明年夏天首次加息。表1示出2014年9月份国内塑料市场涨跌榜。
The Federal Reserve maintained its target of 0-0.25% of the federal funds rate unchanged. It reduced the monthly QE purchase by 10 billion U.S. dollars to 15 billion U.S. dollars. The Fed is expected to end the asset purchase in October, reiterating QE for a long time to remain highly relaxed. The Fed’s explanation of “a long time” has eased the market’s concern that the Federal Reserve may raise interest rates earlier. At present, the market expects the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates for the first time next summer. Table 1 shows the domestic plastic market in September 2014 changes list.
