目的评价小儿间质性肺炎应用中西医结合治疗方案的可行性及效果。方法 114例间质性肺炎患儿,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组57例。对照组患儿单用西医进行治疗,治疗组患儿则在对照组的治疗基础上加用中医治疗。观察两组疗效。结果治疗组患儿治疗总有效率为91.23%(52/57),高于对照组的75.44%(43/57),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗方案能够有效缓解患儿的间质性肺炎临床症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in children with interstitial pneumonia. Methods 114 cases of interstitial pneumonia in children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 57 cases in each group. Children in the control group were treated with Western medicine alone, and children in the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.23% (52/57), which was higher than that of the control group (75.44%, 43/57). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment programs can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of interstitial pneumonia in children, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
