本文对合金连续相变理论的研究进展进行了全面扼要的总结。合金连续相变是相变领域的重要研究课题之一,它主要包括调幅分解,有序化及两者的共存反应。文中对合金相分解早期阶段调幅分解和有序化共存进行了理论分析;在“浓度驻波”、“点阵位移驻波”这两种驻波基础上,经过统一处理提出了“点阵驻波”的新概念,以及利用“点阵驻波”方法对Fe-C马氏体时效的研究。并指出该理论的实际应用——天然纳米材料,对今后材料设计具有重要的指导意义。
This paper summarizes the research progress of the theory of continuous phase transformation of alloys. The continuous phase transformation of alloys is one of the most important research topics in the field of phase transformation. It mainly consists of amplitude modulation decomposition, ordering and the coexistence reaction between the two. In this paper, the theoretical analysis of the amplitude modulation decomposition and orderly coexistence in the early phase of alloy phase decomposition is carried out. On the basis of two kinds of standing waves, “standing wave of concentration” and “standing wave of lattice displacement”, “ Wave ”new concept, as well as the use of“ dot matrix standing wave ”method of Fe-C martensitic aging research. And pointed out that the practical application of the theory - natural nano-materials, for the future material design has an important guiding significance.
