选择合适的方法对烟叶质量进行科学合理的分类,对于指导烤烟配方打叶工作及提高卷烟质量具有重要意义。试验采用高效液相色谱指纹图谱技术,结合化学计量学分析方法,建立了云南省15个典型烟叶产区C3F等级烟叶基于指纹图谱特征的烟叶质量分类方法。结果表明,2010年收获的云南省典型烟叶产区的烟叶质量可分成4个基本类型,一类产区包括富源县、沾益县、马龙县和大姚县,二类产区包括宣威市、禄劝县、保山市、丽江市和景东县,三类产区包括麒麟区、罗平县、红河县和文山县,四类产区包括临沧市和昭通市。试验研究结果显示,烟叶指纹图谱作为烟叶质量控制的新方法,可以减少评吸师的工作量,提高配方打叶的工作效率。
Choosing the proper method to classify the quality of tobacco leaves scientifically and rationally is of great significance for guiding the leaf-making work and improving the cigarette quality. In this study, a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprinting technique was used in combination with chemometric analysis to establish a method for quality classification of tobacco leaves based on fingerprints of C3F grade tobacco in 15 typical tobacco producing areas in Yunnan Province. The results showed that the quality of tobacco leaves in the typical tobacco producing areas of Yunnan province in 2010 can be divided into four basic types. The first category includes Fuyuan County, Zhanyi County, Malong County and Dayao County. The second category includes Xuanwei , Luquan County, Baoshan City, Lijiang City and Jingdong County. The three types of producing areas include Kirin District, Luoping County, Honghe County and Wenshan County. The four types of producing areas include Lincang and Zhaotong. Experimental results show that the fingerprints of tobacco leaves as a new method of tobacco quality control can reduce the workload of the appraiser and improve the work efficiency of formulating leaves.
