饶彩霞,中共蚌埠市委党校公共管理教研部副教授、研究生学历。研究方向:公共管理。近三年共承担10个教学专题,主持省、市级课题1项并有获奖,在C类以上刊物发表论文4篇。专题《加强公共安全体系建设》荣获2012年全市党校系统优秀教学比赛一等奖。2012-2014年度全市党校系统优秀教师。专题《加快政府职能转变》被评为2012-2014年度蚌埠市委党校精品课程。论文《关于进一步加强完善安徽省应急管理能力建设的对策建议》荣获2012年蚌埠市第六次社科成果三等奖。

The topic of “Strengthening Public Security System Construction” won the first prize of 2012 Party School Excellent Teaching Competition in the city. 2012-2014 year the city’s party school system excellent teachers. The topic of “Accelerating the transformation of government functions” was named the 2012-2014 Bengbu Municipal Party School excellent course. The paper “Suggestions on Further Strengthening and Improving Anhui Emergency Management Capacity Building” won the third prize of the sixth social science achievement in Bengbu in 2012.
