目的观察二甲双胍联合津力达颗粒治疗初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效及对胰岛功能的影响。方法将148例初诊T2DM患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各74例。2组均应用二甲双胍片治疗,治疗组加用津力达颗粒治疗。疗程3个月,对比2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG),餐后1h血糖(1h PG),餐后2h血糖(2h PG),糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc),空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平,餐后1h胰岛素水平(PINS1h),餐后2h胰岛素水平(PINS2h)。结果 148例患者中132例完成研究。治疗组67例(退出7例,因不能耐受二甲双胍对胃肠道刺激3例,不能按时随访或采血4例)。对照组65例(退出9例,因不能耐受二甲双胍对胃肠道刺激4例,不能按时随访及采血5例)。治疗前2组FPG、1h PG、2h PG、Hb A1c水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组上述指标均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组FINS、PINS1h、PINS2h水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组上述指标水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论津力达颗粒有恢复2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能和降糖作用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of metformin combined with Ziliar particles on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and its effect on islet function. Methods 148 cases of newly diagnosed T2DM were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 74 cases. Both groups were treated with metformin tablets, the treatment group plus Jin Li Da particles. After 3 months of treatment, fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial 1h blood glucose (1h PG), postprandial 2h blood glucose (2h PG), Hb Alc, fasting insulin (FINS) 1h insulin level (PINS1h), 2h postprandial insulin level (PINS2h). Results Of the 148 patients, 132 completed the study. The treatment group of 67 patients (withdraw from 7 cases, can not tolerate metformin on the gastrointestinal tract stimulation in 3 cases, can not follow-up or blood sampling in 4 cases). The control group of 65 patients (9 patients exited, 4 patients can not tolerate metformin on gastrointestinal motility, can not follow-up and blood sampling in 5 cases). There was no significant difference in the levels of FPG, 1h PG, 2h PG and Hb A1c between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the above two indexes decreased, and the treatment group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in FINS, PINS1h and PINS2h levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the above two indicators were higher than before treatment, and the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Jinlida granules can restore islet function and hypoglycemic effect of type 2 diabetic patients.
