做好城乡结合地区小学生基本品德规范的教育,需要研究促进城乡结合地区小学生的品德养成因素,特别是一些生活中、细节里的因素,可以通过课堂活动、少先队开展的主题活动等从日常行为去细化,制定适合小学生品德养成教育一系列教育活动,探讨有效的、可行的品德规范教育的实施方法和途径,构建小学生行为规范养成教育模式和评价体系,以实现小学生基本品德规范的实践教育。
