Objective To investigate the effect of continuous high-flux hemofiltration (HV-CVVH) on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods 25 cases of MODS were routinely used to control infection, fluid resuscitation and treatment of vasoactive drugs. HV-CVVH was used on the basis of routine treatment, and the curative effect was observed. Results improved discharged 18 cases, the survival rate of 72%, 7 deaths, the mortality rate of 28%. Before and after treatment, the difference of each index was statistically significant. CONCLUSION: Continuous high-flux hemofiltration can effectively improve hemodynamics, oxygenation and inflammatory mediators in MODS patients, maintain stable internal environment and significantly improve prognosis.
