I randomly surveyed 263 married patients with chronic hepatitis B, aged 35 to 55 years old, married more than 5 years, and have children. The spouses with the same as hepatitis B (antigen-positive), a total of 17 cases, accounting for only 6.46% of the surveyed population; but their children have a high probability of hepatitis B, 204 offspring of hepatitis B patients, accounting for 77.5%. This result is basically the same as other domestic survey data, suggesting that couples rarely lead to hepatitis B in their lives.
