人力资源管理系统是集成化、现代化的人力资源开发和信息管理系统,应用好系统不仅可以提高工作效率,还可以支持企业高层决策。本文结合人力资源管理系统在基层应用中遇到的问题,分析了系统应用中常见问题产生的原因,提出了相应的对策。
Human resource management system is an integrated and modern human resources development and information management system. Applying the system not only can improve work efficiency, but also can support high-level decision-making of enterprises. In this paper, the problems encountered in the application of human resources management system at the grassroots level are analyzed. The causes of common problems in system application are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
