Everest (hereinafter referred to as “Everest”) Elemental Elemental Research on trace elements in the snow is a continuation of epigenetic geochemical and chemical geography research in Mount Everest from 1966 to 1968. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the content and distribution of trace elements in the atmospheric precipitation away from the industrial pollution area through the geochemical study of trace elements in precipitation and snow cover in the high altitude areas of the earth’s surface. By comparing with the chemical composition of snow and aerosol in the Arctic and Antarctic ice sheets, the atmospheric quality of Mount Everest at high altitude is discussed and the origin of these trace elements is traced back.
