校本培训是在开展继续教育工作中以教师任职学校为主阵地,以教师互教互学为基本形式,教师在岗研修自学的一种模式。校本培训在中小学教师继续教育中发挥着及其重要的作用。那么,在以学校为主阵地的教师培训过程中,如何调动教师主动参与、激发教师的参培内驱力,让教师把参与培训转化为一种自觉行为和内在需要,实实在在地进入到校本培训中去,是我们思考和探索的一项课题。近年来,我们在优化校本培训,切实提高课堂教学的
School-based training is a model that takes teachers as their mainstay in carrying out continuing education, takes teachers as the basic form of mutual-teaching and mutual-study, and self-learning of teachers on-the-job training. School-based training plays an important role in the continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers. So, in the school-based teacher training process, how to mobilize teachers to take the initiative to participate in, to stimulate teachers’ ability to participate in training, so that teachers will participate in training into a conscious behavior and internal needs, to really enter School-based training to go is our issue of thinking and exploration. In recent years, we are optimizing school-based training and effectively improving classroom teaching
