校本培训是在开展继续教育工作中以教师任职学校为主阵地,以教师互教互学为基本形式,教师在岗研修自学的一种模式。校本培训在中小学教师继续教育中发挥着及其重要的作用。那么,在以学校为主阵地的教师培训过程中,如何调动教师主动参与、激发教师的参培内驱力,让教师把参与培训转化为一种自觉行为和内在需要,实实在在地进入到校本培训中去,是我们思考和探索的一项课题。近年来,我们在优化校本培训,切实提高课堂教学的 School-based training is a model that takes teachers as their mainstay in carrying out continuing education, takes teachers as the basic form of mutual-teaching and mutual-study, and self-learning of teachers on-the-job training. In recent years, we are optimizing school-based training and effectively improving classroom teaching
