近代以还,无数志士仁人每苦于民智未开而奔走呼号,但多因曲高和寡而致言者谆谆,听者藐藐,终落得个“琴断有谁知”的悲惨结局。诗云:“嘤其鸣矣,求其友声”为使我们的“鸣”有更多的“友声”,从本期始特辟“法文化笔谈”专栏。笔者可就法律文化中的一个掌故、一项原则、一个制度和一种观念挥洒开去,写出观点新颖、文字活泼、通俗易懂、短小精悍的力作。今将以下两文初献读者,望法学界诸君通力合作,把它办成现代民主与法制启蒙的小小园地。
In the modern times, countless people of censor who suffer from their wisdom and wisdom did not open the call sign. This article will be presented to readers at the beginning of the following two articles and hope that the legal science community will work together in a co-operative manner to turn it into a small place enlightening modern democracy and the legal system.
