草酸二乙酯为无色透明,具有芳香味的油状液体,不稳定,易燃,能与乙醇、乙醚及其它有机溶剂相混合,微溶于水,本品在医学、塑料、电子等工业上均有广泛的用途。建立一个快速、简便、准确和可靠的方法,来测定草酸二乙酯含量是非常必要的。目前,国内生产此产品的单位及用户虽多,但分析方法仍沿用沸程法和皂化后酸碱滴定法。这两种分析方法既费时,又不能精确测定酯含量。因此,建立热导气相色谱法和采用内标法定量,来测定草酸二乙酯含量。
