用电信息采集系统以“全覆盖、全采集、全预付费”为总体目标进行建设,下行通道主要采用低压电力载波进行数据采集,从目前大规模现场应用来看,载波通信的数据采集率已达到80-95%,与“全采集,全预付费”的目标还存在一定的距离。要提升整个系统的采集成功率与实时性,在寻求载波技术取得突破的同时,也应尝试载波与多通道相结合的方案。
