阿坝州高载能工业的迅猛发展为经济建设起到了巨大推动作用的同时,也带来了不可忽视的环境污染问题,找出对这些废渣的回收再生产利用的方法是当务之急,经过多次一年多的努力,通过研究试验,采用电石厂电石粉尘、砂为原材料,生产的砖表面无裂纹,强度能够达到建筑用砖要求。利用电石厂废渣生产建筑用砖是可行的。检验结果完全满足《蒸压灰砂砖》GB11945-1999标准对MU10强度等级砖的性能要求;产品放射性符合《建筑材料放射性核素限量》GB6566-2001标准对建筑主体材料的要求。
