利用AES、XRD和WDS等手段研究了W18Cr4V钢表面用多弧离子镀技术沉积的TiN涂层中添加Al、C等元素对涂层磨损机理的影响.试验结果表明,TiAlN涂层跟TiN的相同,仍以微剥落为主要失效形式,而TiCN则在磨损接触面上形成了界面层.磨损过程就是界面层向涂层内部的迁移过程.
The effects of Al, C and other elements on the wear mechanism of the coatings were studied by means of AES, XRD and WDS, etc. on the surface of W18Cr4V steel deposited by multi-arc ion plating. The experimental results show that TiAlN coating is the same as TiN with micro-spalling as the main failure mode, while TiCN forms an interface layer on the worn contact surface. The wear process is the migration of the interface layer to the interior of the coating.
