本文通过对高校图书馆人力资源管理与开发的现状分析,指出,图书馆人力资源素质的高低关系到图书馆能否满足社会对文献信息的需求。图书馆人力资源管理与开发必须建立在对图书馆人力资源的需求与对现有人力资源了解的基础之上。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of human resource management and development in university libraries, this paper points out that the quality of library human resources is related to the library’s ability to meet the needs of the community for the literature and information. Library human resources management and development must be based on the needs of the library human resources and existing human resources based on understanding.
