杀虫抗生素的发现为害虫防治提供了又一新途径。7051杀虫素是上海农药研究所最近开发的一种农用杀虫抗生素。为了探明其对农作物害虫的杀伤效果,作者自1989年开始,对该药的生物活性及作用方式进行了研究,现将结果整理如下。 一、生物活性 选择了褐稻虱、稻蓟马、菜青虫、棉红蜘蛛及棉蚜等5种不同类型的害虫及害螨测定了LC_(90)。褐稻虱采用试管法测定,用不同浓度的药液浸湿稻苗,晾干后放入30×5厘米试管内,而后接入2～3龄若虫,逐日观察
The discovery of insecticidal antibiotics provides another new avenue for pest control. Insecticide 7051 is an agricultural insecticide antibiotic recently developed by Shanghai Institute of Pesticide. In order to find out its killing effect on crop pests, the author has studied the biological activity and the mode of action of the medicine since 1989, and the results are summarized as follows.
