本文对铬钼钒钛球墨铸铁和钒钛球墨铸铁的耐磨性能进行了分析研究。首先将测试数据根据数理统计要求分类整理成表,分别得到铬钼钒钛球铁与45号钢对磨时磨损量频率分布表和钒钛球铁与45号钢对磨时磨损量频率分布表。根据这两个表分别作出这两种材料磨损量分布概率密度曲线;然后用概率纸法对这两种材料磨损量分布函数进行检验;结果证明了它们的磨损分布都遵从威布尔分布,并得到了这两种材料的磨损分布
In this paper, Cr-Mo vanadium-titanium nodular cast iron and vanadium-titanium-based ductile iron wear resistance analysis. First of all, the test data are sorted into tables according to the mathematical statistics requirements, and the frequency distribution tables of the abrasion frequency of the Cr-Mo vanadium-titanium ductile iron and the No.4 steel pair, and the wear frequency distribution table of the vanadium-titanium ductile iron and the No.45 steel are respectively obtained . According to these two tables, the probability density curves of these two kinds of material wear distributions are respectively obtained. Then the distribution function of the wear amount of these two materials is tested by probability paper method. The results show that their wear distributions follow the Weibull distribution and get The wear distribution of these two materials
