目的介绍抗肿瘤药物膀胱内灌注给药后在膀胱局部及全身的浓度及分布,为临床用药提供参考信息。方法检索Medline及CHKD中文数据库中有关文献,按药物种类进行总结。结果研究发现,抗肿瘤药物膀胱内灌注后在膀胱壁内的浓度远远高于其血液浓度,在肿瘤组织内的浓度通常高于正常组织浓度。不同药物具有不同的膀胱穿透能力。结论在进行膀胱内灌注治疗时,应根据药物的药动学特性结合肿瘤类型及敏感性选择药物。
Objective To introduce the concentration and distribution of local and systemic bladder in the intravesical instillation of anticancer drugs and to provide reference information for clinical use. Methods The literature of Medline and CHKD Chinese databases was searched and the types of drugs were summarized. Results The study found that the concentration of antineoplastic drug in the bladder wall after intravesical instillation is much higher than its blood concentration, and the concentration in the tumor tissue is usually higher than the normal tissue concentration. Different drugs have different bladder penetration. Conclusions During the intravesical instillation, drugs should be selected based on the pharmacokinetics of the drug combined with the type and sensitivity of the tumor.
