先秦时期儒家的思想家孔子、孟子、荀子为实现他们的政治主张,就人才问题作了一些阐述,如人才的层次、人才的界定标准。本文就他们人才思想作探讨,以弄清三者的人才观,旨在为现代人才观提供借鉴。
Pre-Qin Confucianism thinkers Confucius, Mencius and Xunzi made some elaboration on the issue of talent in order to realize their political ideas, such as the level of talent and the definition of talent. This article discusses their talent ideas to understand the concept of the three talents in order to provide a reference for the modern concept of talent.
