针对直墙半圆拱U型钢理论计算不精确问题,以U29型断面为例,基于Nastran的考虑剪切应力的开口梁Beam单元研究了直墙半圆拱型支架Mises应力分布规律,得出采用Beam单元与Bar单元以及理论计算的结果在棚腿底部和拱顶角度为90°时最大Mises应力相差较大,但在棚腿最大Mises应力处三者相差不大,仅为3%~10%。
Aiming at the inaccurate theoretical calculation of straight-walled semi-circular arch U-beam, taking the U29 section as an example, the distribution of Mises stress distribution of straight-walled half-circular arch was studied based on Nastran Beam element with open beam considering shear stress. The maximum Mises stress is quite different from that of the Bar element and the theoretical calculation at the bottom of the canopy legs and the vault angle of 90 °. However, the maximum Mises stress of the canopy legs is almost the same at 3% -10%.
