以有机-无机杂化介孔材料为载体,Hf(OTf)——4为活性组分,合成新型固体酸催化剂Hf/PMO,用于催化转化葡萄糖制取5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF),对反应温度、反应时间、葡萄糖浓度及催化剂用量进行优化。结果表明,最优条件为:反应时间120 min,反应温度130℃,100 mg葡萄糖加入5 m L体积9∶1的THF/水,催化剂用量80 mg。在优化条件下,5-HMF的收率为55.4%,葡萄糖转化率为86.8%。催化剂在前6次的循环是比较稳定的。
Hf / PMO was synthesized with organic-inorganic hybrid mesoporous materials as carrier and Hf (OTf) -4 as the active component for the catalytic conversion of glucose to 5-HMF ), The reaction temperature, reaction time, glucose concentration and catalyst dosage were optimized.
