目的:比较痔切闭术加外痔切除术与传统外剥内扎术(Milligan-Morgan术)治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析32例行痔切闭术加外痔切除术治疗的混合痔患者的临床资料,并以36例行Milligan-Morgan术治疗的病例作为对照进行分析。结果:治疗组手术时间、住院时间、愈合时间、术后疼痛减轻等指标均优于对照组;术后尿潴留、肛缘水肿、遗留肛缘皮赘等并发症发生率均低于对照组。结论:痔切闭术加外痔切除术适用于混合痔的治疗,其疗效明显优于传统Milligan-Morgan术。
Objective: To compare the clinical effects of hemorrhoidectomy combined with external hemorrhoidectomy and traditional surgical excision and ligation (Milligan-Morgan surgery) in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: The clinical data of 32 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated by hemorrhoidectomy and external hemorrhoidectomy were retrospectively analyzed. The cases treated by Milligan-Morgan surgery were analyzed as control. Results: The operation time, hospital stay, healing time and postoperative pain relief in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications such as urinary retention, anal edema and left marginal flap were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: Hemorrhoidectomy combined with external hemorrhoidectomy for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, the effect was significantly better than the traditional Milligan-Morgan surgery.
