如何提高我国企业管理现代化,实现企业管理水平和生产力水平的跨越式发展是我国企业应用ERP的战略目标。而实现这一目标,需要在ERP应用过程中立足于管理创新,引入业务模式重组,需要完善包括ERP应用绩效评价在内的整个ERP应用体系。国外的一些专家学者曾对MRP II应用绩效和企业评级提出许多考评的指标和方法,但是这些评价还存在一定缺陷,因此深入开展研究我国企业ERP绩效评价体系有其必要性,并且对我国企业管理创新有着积极意义。一直以来,我国ERP专家金达仁研究评价体系并推动着评价工作的开展,以下是金达仁就评价体系方面在“2006广州ERP应用年会”上做的演讲。
