我厂于1972年正式开展以铬渣代替铬铁矿作结晶促进剂生产铸石的试验工作。经过反复试验,取得了较为满意的结果,现将试验情况介绍于下。一、以铬渣代替铬铁矿生产铸石的意义 1.目前国内铬铁矿供应不足,如能用铬渣代替铬铁矿,首先是原料丰富,解决了铸石生产中的关键原材料,保证了铸石生产,而且节省了铬铁矿。同时解决了某些化工部门铬渣的处理问题,变害为利,一举多得。
