劳人锅[1982]6号各省、市、自治区人民政府,国务院各部、委、局,总后工厂管理部:为贯彻执行国务院《锅炉压力容器安全监察暂行条例》(下称《条例》),我部锅炉压力容器安全监察局根据《条例》第二十三条规定,制订了实施细则,现颁布试行。细则中的附件(含表、证),除监察员证、检验员证、制造许可证统一由我部印制外,其余由各省、市、自治区劳动部门,有关部门或单位,按所附格式自制。试行过程中有什么问题,请及时告知我部锅炉压力容器安全监察局。
