近年来,湖南省湘潭市总工会经审会按照《工会基本建设维修改造工程竣工决算审计暂行办法》的要求,在省总工会经审会大力支持和帮助下,在市总工会职工教育活动中心工程项目中与财务部门共同把好施工合同关、资金筹措及付款关,充分发挥经审组织在基本建设项目中的事前、事中、事后审计监督职能,维护了财经法纪,提高了工会经费使用效益。
