对阴道炎和滴虫病的治疗,多采用阴道栓剂的形式给药,但目前的栓剂多半只能达到单一的治疗目的,而实际有阴道滴虫的病人,多半伴有炎症,若能将两者兼治则可收到事半功倍的效果,为此,我们设计并研制了一种以硫酸新霉素、制霉菌素和甲硝唑为主药;以枸橼酸和碳酸氢钠为泡腾剂;以硬脂酸丙二醇酯、聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯(S-40),聚乙二醇(PEG)400、4000,可可豆脂,半合成脂肪酸酯及PEG400与S-40的混合物等六种基质,分别制成具有消炎和灭滴虫双重作用的新型复方泡腾栓剂——滴炎净栓。并对所制栓剂的熔点、融变时限、变形温度,起泡时间,泡沫量和体外药物释放度等分别进行了考察,筛选出较好的处方。同时还对以硬脂酸丙二醇酯为基质的滴炎净栓进行了初步临床试验,结果治愈率达100%。
