用飞行时间二次离子质谱法研究了捕收剂二异丁基二硫代亚磷酸钠在方铅矿和黄铁矿表面上的吸附量。方铅矿和黄铁矿颗粒的光谱统计对比表明 ,在方铅矿表面上的捕收剂的吸附量约为黄铁矿表面的 12倍。进入精矿中的方铅矿颗粒表面上的氢氧化钙、氢氧化铅和氧硫组分比尾矿中的方铅矿颗粒表面上的少。疏水性二异丁基二硫代亚磷酸盐和二异丁基二硫代亚磷酸铅为方铅矿浮选作主要贡献。降低捕收剂吸附量和增大亲水性组分的浓度是抑制黄铁矿浮选的主要原因。
Time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry was used to study the adsorption of sodium diisobutyl dithiophosphate (collector) on the surface of galena and pyrite. Spectral statistics of the galena and pyrite particles show that the collector on the galena surface adsorbs about 12 times the surface of the pyrite. The calcium hydroxide, lead hydroxide and oxy-sulfur components on the surface of the galena particles entering the concentrate are less than those on the galena particles in the tailings. Hydrophobic diisobutyl dithiophosphites and lead diisobutyldithiophosphates make a major contribution to galena flotation. Reducing the amount of collector adsorbed and increasing the concentration of hydrophilic components is the main reason for inhibiting the flotation of pyrite.
