科学基金强有力地支持了基础科学研究和应用基础科学研究,为提高我国科学研究水平,进入世界强国打下基础,为国民经济建设,科学技术进步和社会发展做出了贡献。科学基金项目的申请具有较强的竞争特点,获得资助的项目大都有较高的水平和较新颖的学术思想和学术价值。因此,获得科学基金资助的多少以及它在新兴学科发展上的巨大潜力,在某种程度上是反映一个高等学校的科研实力和科研水平的。
The Science Foundation strongly supports basic science research and applied basic science research, paves the way for improving the level of scientific research in our country and entering the world power and contributing to the development of the national economy, progress in science and technology and social development. The application of the science fund project has strong competition characteristics. Most of the funded projects have a relatively high level and relatively new academic ideas and academic values. Therefore, the amount of funding received from the Science Foundation and its great potential in the development of emerging disciplines reflect, to some extent, the scientific strength and level of scientific research of a higher education institution.
