刘士军:目前,投资增长乏力,我们新的消费热点不多,在稳增长难度加大的情况下,我国的旅游业投资却正在以20%的增长速度逆势上扬,应该说旅游业的投资是潜力巨大。我这里有一组数据,今年上半年,全国完成旅游投资同比增长是28%,比第三产业投资增速高16个百分点,比全国固定资产投资速度高17个百分点。今年上半年国内旅游人数达到了20。24亿人次,同比增长9。9%,国内旅游消费达到了1。65万亿,同比增长14。5%,高于同期社会消费品零售总额4。1个百分点。入境旅游人数达到了8748。
