本人在中山大学攻读在职工商管理硕士学位期间,按照学校要求参与了一家具有盈利业务的科学研究型事业单位管理情况的调研工作,调研期为2007-2009年三个会计年度,通过调研本人对该机构的基本运作进行了简要的总结与归纳,并提出了一些个人的观点。由于这种类型的事业单位目前普遍存在一些共性问题,因此本人尝试通过对其财务管理及其内部运作情况的分析研究,能够把握这种既具有公益性质又具有盈利性质的组织机构在内部管理与资金运作上普遍不足之处,并试图提出一些合理化建议,切实优化内部控制,提高该类组织的管理水平。鉴于报告中涉及该单位详细的管理方式、分配制度及财务数据,应该单位要求,文章隐去其真实名称。无论如何,本人希望本文能够对类似单位起到一定借鉴作用。
