针对管式海水淡化的局限性,提出两种提高管式蒸馏热质传递效能的方法,研究不同强化方式下管式蒸馏淡化热质传递特性及性能。研究结果表明:采用管外增设肋片和表面亲水改性等方式的淡化器均能达到良好的产水效果。肋片型管式淡化器产水率比光滑管式淡化器高,并随运行温度的升高,产水率提高幅度增大,运行温度为75℃时,肋片型管式淡化器产水率比光滑管式淡化器提高43%;亲水改性型淡化器的产水率较高,运行温度为75℃时,亲水改性淡化器比光滑管式淡化器产水率提高约15%。
In view of the limitation of tube seawater desalination, two methods to improve the heat and mass transfer efficiency of tube distillation are proposed, and the heat and mass transfer characteristics and performance of tube distillation desalination under different intensification modes are studied. The results show that the desalination device with extra fins outside the tube and hydrophilic modification on the surface can achieve good water production effect. The fin tube type desalter has a higher water production rate than the smooth tube desalination unit.
