目的比较IOL植入术中1%透明质酸钠(SH)和2%羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)在房水中的残留量。方法将47例病人随机分为两组,应用SH组23例25眼,HPMC组24例26眼。用紫外分光光度仪测量计算IOL植入后注吸前及注吸2,5,8(SH组)或10ml(HPMC组)时房水中SH及HPMC的体积分数。结果SH组注吸前后不同的体积分数分别是65.5%,10.2%,2.19%及0.7%。HPMC组注吸前后不同的体积分数分别为47.56%,32.74%,13.93%及6.76%。结论在人工晶状体植入手术中,粘弹剂残留量在注吸清除的各个阶段,SH组明显比HPMC组低,与清除SH相比,房水中HPMC较难清除。
Objective To compare the residual levels of 1% sodium hyaluronate (SH) and 2% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) in aqueous humor during IOL implantation. Methods Forty-seven patients were randomly divided into two groups: 23 cases in SH group and 26 cases in HPMC group. The volume fraction of SH and HPMC in aqueous humor prior to and 1, 2, 5, 8 (SH group) or 10 ml (HPMC group) were measured by UV spectrophotometer after IOL implantation. Results The volume fraction before and after inhalation in SH group was 65.5%, 10.2%, 2.19% and 0.7% respectively. The different volume fractions of HPMC before and after suctioning were 47.56%, 32.74%, 13.93% and 6.76%, respectively. Conclusions During the intraocular lens implantation, viscoelastic residues were significantly lower in the SH group than in the HPMC group during all stages of inhalation ablation. HPMC in aqueous humor was more difficult to remove than the SH group.
