采用高压液相色谱法和分光光度法测定了不同发育期的栽培和野生南、北柴胡中柴胡皂甙a、d和总皂甙的含量,结果北柴胡含量均高于南柴胡;两种柴胡的栽培品含量高于或接近于其野生品;均以营养期含量为最高。
High-pressure liquid chromatography and spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of saikosaponin a, d and total saponin in cultivated and wild South and North Bupleurum chinense at different developmental stages. The results showed that the content of Bupleurum chinense DC. The content of cultivated products of Bupleurum chinense is higher than or close to that of wild products; the content of broccoli is the highest.
