构建结构合理、配置科学、程序严密、制约有效的权力运行机制是当前我国政府改革和政府发展的重要任务。毛泽东和邓小平对政府权力进行了深刻的理性反思,形成了科学、完整的思想体系。以毛泽东邓小平的政府权力观为指导,科学认识和准确把握政府权力运行问题,能够使我们在重塑政府权力运行机制的实践中不偏离正确的方向。
It is an important task for our country to reform the government and develop the government nowadays to construct a mechanism of power operation with reasonable structure, scientific configuration, strict procedure and effective control. Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping carried out a profound rational reflection on government power and formed a scientific and complete ideological system. Guided by the government power concept of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping, scientifically understanding and accurately grasping the operation of government power can enable us to deviate from the correct direction in the practice of reshaping the operation mechanism of government power.
