分析了18Cr一2Mo铁素体不锈钢毛管及冷轧管裂纹产生的原因,即较高含量的C、N、S间隙原子及其所形成的片状沉淀对{100}面的双重弱化效应。减少间隙原子量有利于抑制裂纹产生。
The reason of cracks in 18Cr-2Mo ferritic stainless steel capillary tube and cold-rolled tube was analyzed. The double weakened effect of higher content of C, N, S interstitial atoms and the formed sheet-like precipitate on the {100} plane was analyzed. Reduce the gap atomic weight is conducive to the suppression of cracks.
